How to break porn addiction!

I know what it's like... I grew up addicted to porn. It felt as though I would never quit porn addiction, I just couldn't break free. If it were not for an encounter with Christ, I would still be addicted today, divorced and none of my children would have been born. That's why I created this page... to help others just like me.

This page contains a list of steps you can take RIGHT NOW to quit and break free from porn addiction. I want to help you quit porn and be free, not only for yourself, but, also, for your family.  On this page I have also included links to other resources that will give you even more tools to win this fight. Struggling with porn? Here's something you can do right now to find freedom:

1. Choose! Make a decision for LIFE, as sin cuts us off from God and sends us to Hell. Choose LIFE!
2. Pray! Ask God to deliver you from the slavery of Porn!
3. Ask! Consecrate yourself to Our Lady that she will intercede for you, to bring peace to your soul, and purity to your mind.
4. Confess! Go to your Father in the confessional and pour yourself out then hear those blessed words... "I absolve you".
5. Practice! Develop continence, or self-control by reminding your self of the God-given dignity of the person (your-self or another) that you are "using" in a selfish way like an object rather than a person.
6. Block! Cut off the sources of temptation in your life.
7. Educate! Replace the filth in your mind with Truth, which is Jesus, through Theology of the Body.
